MEET THE DOULA...

Welcome! I'm Katie.

I'm wife to my motorcycle riding, outdoor enthusiast husband and mom to our two daughters and son, who light up my whole world.

For as long as I can remember, I have been passionate about all things related to motherhood, birth, babies, and thriving families.

I received my doula training through DONA in 2023 and have been privileged to serve families in the San Diego area since then, and I'm more excited now about birth work than ever!

I believe motherhood and birth are radically transformative and sacred, and I'm so excited to join you on your journey of discovering this pure joy and helping you experience a beautiful birth.

Prenatal Care

At least 2 prenatal visits to get to know each other and discuss all things birth...

Assistance in creating a written birth plan, coaching on labor positions and breathing, personal preferences and goals.

Messaging/email support throughout pregnancy

Birthing Guidance

Postpartum Visit

One follow up visit around 1-2 weeks postpartum. Breastfeeding support, nourishing food and emotional support.

Continuous guidance including positioning, comfort measures and massage, encouragement and emotional support.

24/7 On-call availability beginning at 38 weeks
